Admission Process
Apex University, Jaipur, offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, lateral entry, and PhD programs through merit-based selection, national-level entrance examinations, and the university's own entrance test known as AUCET (Apex University Common Entrance Test). Admissions for the 2026–27 academic session are currently open.
Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates must visit the official admission portal of Apex University and register using their name, email ID, and mobile number. After registration, login credentials are generated for accessing the application form.
Step 2: Fill the Application Form
Applicants need to complete the online application form by providing:
- Personal details
- Academic qualifications
- Communication details
- Course preferences
- Entrance examination details (if applicable)
All information should match the supporting documents submitted during admission.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
After filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online.

AUCET is also used for scholarship consideration in many programs.
Step 5: Entrance Test, Interview, or Portfolio Assessment
Depending on the program, shortlisted candidates may be required to participate in the following:
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Counseling Session
- Portfolio Evaluation (Design Programs)
- Aptitude Test
- Skill Assessment
Professional and specialized courses may have additional selection criteria.
Step 6: Result Declaration and Counseling
After evaluation of entrance scores and applications, eligible candidates are invited for counseling. During counseling, students receive guidance regarding:

Seat allocation is generally conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility and seat availability.
Step 7: Seat Allotment
Following counseling, candidates are allotted seats based on:

Step 8: Document Verification
Candidates must submit and verify the required documents before final admission confirmation.

Step 9: Admission Fee Payment
Once documents are verified and the seat is allotted, candidates must pay the initial admission fee within the prescribed deadline to confirm their admission. Failure to pay the fee may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
Step 10: Final Enrollment
After fee payment and verification, students receive final enrollment confirmation and can proceed with hostel registration, orientation, and academic formalities.
