About CET
The Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) is a university-level entrance examination conducted annually by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to various undergraduate programs offered by Symbiosis institutes across India. The SET exam is the gateway to courses such as BBA, BCA, BA (Mass Communication), B.Sc. Economics, B.A. Liberal Arts, and several other undergraduate programmes offered by participating Symbiosis institutes. SET is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and evaluates candidates in General English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. The examination is designed to assess communication skills, numerical ability, reasoning skills, and general awareness required for undergraduate education. Candidates who have passed or are appearing in Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board are eligible to appear for the SET examination, subject to the eligibility criteria of the respective Symbiosis institute and programme. A good SET score enables candidates to secure admission to reputed Symbiosis institutes such as SCMS Pune, SCMS Noida, SCMS Nagpur, SICSR Pune, SCMC Pune, SSSS Pune, and other constituent institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
