They also gain expertise in manufacturing value-added dairy products such as butter, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, paneer, ghee, flavored milk, condensed milk, and milk powder. The course also covers dairy business management, food laws, packaging technology, supply chain management, dairy marketing, entrepreneurship, sustainable dairy farming, and quality assurance systems such as HACCP and ISO standards. Through industrial visits, internships, live projects, and laboratory training, students develop the practical skills required to work in dairy plants, food processing companies, and quality assurance laboratories. Eligibility Criteria

Passed Class 10 or Class 12 from a recognized board (depending on the course level).
Students from Science, Commerce, or Agriculture streams are eligible.
Minimum 45%–50% aggregate marks (varies by institute).
Interest in dairy science, food technology, and agriculture is preferred.
Basic knowledge of biology, chemistry, and food processing is beneficial.
