About BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a 5.5-year undergraduate medical programme that combines the ancient principles of Ayurveda with modern medical science. The course includes 4.5 years of academic study followed by a 1-year compulsory rotatory internship.
